人気デジタル・レーベルMarbleを、SURKINとBOBMOと去年立ち上げて、彼らとMARBLE PLAYERSとしても活動する、フランスのダンス・シーンの天才的クリエイターの一人、PARA ONE(パラ・ワン)の6年ぶりのニュー・アルバム「Passion」(パッション)が、6月13日に、KSR / PLUS VAGUE!からリリースが決定！

更には、8月17日(金)に、幕張メッセで行われるオールナイト・イベントSONICMANIA 2012への出演も決定！

当時のクラブ・シーンを塗り替えたともいえる、2006年リリースだったPARA ONEの前作アルバム「Epiphanie」収録の世界的クラブ・ヒット「Dudun Dun」、そして、DAFT PUNKの「Prime Time Of Your Life(Para One Remix)」。あれからPARA ONEは、世界中をツアーしながら、JUSTICE、BOYS NOIZE、SURKINなどへのリミックスも行い、今は亡きInstitubes、Sound Pellegrino、BNR Trax、そしてMarbleから、数々のシングル/EP・リリースを経て、パリのクラブの最先端の音を注ぎ込んだような、未来的でポップな2ndアルバム「Passion」を完成させた。

この最新アルバム「Passion」からのリード・シングルとなる、テクノ・バラード曲の「Lean On Me」のボーカルを担当した、PARA ONEの長年のコラボレーターで親友でもある、TEKI LATEXは、「”Lean On Me”を作っている最中、共通意識としては、50年後のラジオにかかっているだろう曲を想像しながら曲を完成させて行ったところだった」とまでも言っている。
